...ROn Clark's story...

Wanting to be more useful, Ron Clark move to a tough city of New York, searching of teaching job and leaving his stable teaching life at North Carolina hometown. He got a job at Inner Harleem Elementary school where students are graded according to their potential. He was offered to teach the honors class, but he chosed to take the most disadvantages class. Realizing that students in his class lots of problems, he tried to deal with them one by one and tried to make them feel interesting in learning again. Besides, he added sense of being a family within his students. The students, who at first refused to cooperate started to accept him after seeing his efforts in helping them. At last, all his efforts paid when all of his students passed the exam! :)

  1. I believe what you have said is true. Mr Clark takes the challenge to teach the problematic children. Surprisingly he succeeds. Will we be able to handle that kind of students if we are assigned to teach them? I wish we can.

  2. I agree with Wani and Syuhada. Clark is really a man of courage because he wanted to be useful and challenge himself to the full limits. He also tried very hard in order to provide the relevant teaching for his students. He tried to get together with her students and even changing the boring historical facts into the interesting rap song. He is a amazing teacher.
