... lean on me...

An arrogant and unorthodox teacher, Joe Clark returns as principal to the idyllic high school from which he had earlier been fired to find it a den of drug abuse, gang violence, and urban despair. Eventually his successful but unorthodox methods lead to a clash with city officials that threatens to undo all his efforts. Clark does not put up with teachers who disagree with him either, especially those who do so in front of the students. One of his rash firings is reversed by the superintendent.

i think that Clark's method is a bit harsh but i believe he has his own reasons on doing that. and at the end, all the students can accept and respect him. :)

  1. Hello there,
I agree with you that his method is a bit harsh. In this story, his action is radical and impulsive. It causes the discomfort to the school staff and the teachers. However, he is able to win his students heart and able to make them performed in the state examination.
